Stakeholder Mapping & Engagement (February 2014-December 2014)

Based on the Conservation Alliance for Sustainable Seafood and the WWF FIP guidelines, one of the first FIP steps to complete is to identify potential stakeholders and engage them in the FIP program. An informal stakeholder consultation took place in December 2013 during which the Certification Body carried out a series of consultation sessions with ANOVA Food, LTFV, MSC Australia, Greenpeace, WWF South Pacific and the Secretariat of the South Pacific Community. In addition, over the course of the past 8 months the following stakeholders have been involved in the MSC pre- and full assessment processes:
